They didn’t have a gasoline car which I reserved. I was stuck with a low mileage EV which was an inconvenience. Not an upgrade as I was never informed of. It took time to charge and I was subsequently late in the return. The “manager” at the Trenton Mercer Airport location was rude and not at all understanding about this. I will NEVER rent there again.

The vehicle we rented did not have operational windshield wipers and we did not find out until we were in a downpour on our trip. This was very inconvenient and disheartening and took time away from our travels. We also lost all of the air conditioning in our vehicle. We had to drive with open windows and we were very uncomfortable. We tried to exchange the rental and were told there were no other vehicles available. This forced us to change some of our plans and minimize our trip. The temperature guage in the truck was also fluctuating and we were afraid we would break down along our ride. The pickup and drop-off were seamless and both were helpful.
