Very good product and even better customer serviceReally good experience! The staff was very helpful, worked quickly and carefully in a very busy season, and delivered what they promised. I also liked how they didn't over push the add ons. Just asked if we needed insurance, toll pass, etc. without pushing. The cart I had (dodge dart) was very new and worked great though I detected a noticeable rattle which didn't efect driving but for a new car probably shouldnt be there. Overall great experience. btw boooked through kayak . -Mike

There was a car available last minuteThe car wasn’t clean. At drop off the clerk was grumpy, grouchy—irritated that I was there. Very short with me—rolled his eyes, got frustrated because I did t come in with vehicle miles.

Best rental experience I've ever had.The people here are super friendly and the prices are fair. Last time I rented a car (from another company) the workers were extremely shady and tried to upcharge me on everything, not to mention that they scam a lot of people by making false claims and then charging for them. Instead of AVIS making me feel like they were doing me a huge favor and I needed them, they treated me with respect and alike they valued me as a customer. Very easy and hassle free. Will definitely be renting from AVIS exclusively from now on.Everything was perfect.

I was given a car with poor breaks; found that out midway through the rental. The condition of the outside car didn't look like a normal rental, looked like someone's personal car. Missing audioudio antenna. Otherwise, car drove fine.

It was easy and convenient to drop off the car even after the store was closed. The car was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The car was filthy inside and out. Obvious no protocol for Covid i’ve never seen such a filthy car that even smelled of smoke. The car had mechanical problem. the transmission jumped and car stalled every time you would come to a stop. it’s was scary to even drive.everything!

Staff good, suv was very user friendlyInside windows were filthy, and so were the gauges and radio, when the sun was out you couldn’t see the road. Had to use my handkerchief to wipe window and then had to throw it away it was sickening

The staff was nice but didnt explain much. I felt rushed. Like they want to just be done with me and out of there way.Slowed down and explain all the extras (and cost) that are available like the insurance and they toll plate so I don't need to use mine. Slow down when reviewing the car to make sure nothing is missed (scratches or leave of dirt in the car)

Smoke SmellIt drove smooth.It smelled like smoke the whole trip. We ended up having to get a air freshener and the smell was still there. This was an upgrade, so we paid extra for this car. I am pretty upset about the smell.
