The service at both counters was great. The Nissan Rouge is a fine car The price was reasonable considering the COVID-19 demands my only complaint is that the rental car was black and the AC had a hard time keeping pace with the heat. We had day time temps above 112. I think you should use light-color cars in the desert southwest wish I could attach the snapshot of the melted plastic glass from it sitting in the cup-holder in the afternoon Jerry

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They went above my expectations to make my experience memorable.They forgot to show me where the button was to open the gas tank. But I was able to find it after some digging. Not a problem at all.

We rented a Toyota Camry and traveled well over 1000 miles. The rental process was smooth and the car was comfortable.The car wasn't vacuumed well when we picked it up. We had to send it back to be cleaned.

Nothing about the company. The car got decent gas mileage. It was dinged up when I got it so I took pics to make sure they didn't try to say I did it. They just hand you the keys without any inspection.They are scam artists. Like used car salesmen, you come back and they tell you that you have to pay MORE! I paid for a full tank of gas when I already filled up the tank of gas when I returned it!!! And in CA, gas isn't cheap!

Pick up and drop off were easy and prompt. The Heryz employee was knowledgeable and friendly. The car was ready and clean. We experienced no problems.

Didn't have the car we reservedNothingWhen we arrived to rent the car we reserved online, they told us they didn't have the car and we would have to upgrade "three tiers" and pay for the upgrade. We walked out and rented a car at Enterprise.

Not impressed with my experience.The dropoff process was extremely quick, which was awesome considering we had to catch a flight.The process of picking up an existing reservation was light buying a used car. There were so many sales ploys and gimmicks designed to make you spend "just a little more" over and over again. Yes, I know it's normal to be given the option to upgrade, but to be hounded about each option is unreasonable. The best was the option to "prepay" for gas. We were told that gas was very expensive around the airport, and that returning without a full tank would cost us $10/gallon. We could prepay for our gas, before our return, but that would involve paying for an entire tank of gas. So, unless you returned the car on empty, you're paying for gas that you didn't use. No thanks. We filled up before we got to the airport...for a very reasonable rate...and returned the car. I shouldn't feel like I'm getting ripped off when I pick up a rental car. The guy we worked with was very nice, but by the time we left, we felt like he was just trying to take advantage of us. It's probably not his fault...the companies policy forces him to ask these questions/offer these options. Perhaps all companies play this game. I will, likely, try a different company for my next rental.

PICKUP TIME MISSEDGood customer service and provided updates.Reserved car for pickup at 11:00 am from a Hertz location inside a dealership. I arrived an hour early at car dealership and was told that a car was not available at this time. I waited until 11:00 am and asked when the car would be available. I was told that car was not available until 1:00 pm. I left the dealership and was able to get by on public transportation, running errands. As I was nearing the dealership, I received a call that said the car would not be available until 2:00 pm. I ran another errand and eventually picked the car up around 2:00 pm.
