Pros: The person who helped me was nice and was thorough. They up graded my car which was nice for nothing extra.

Cons: The Manager on Duty was less then helpful. I live paycheck to paycheck and had moved money around so I could put the amount i was told i needed to pay on that card. When she told me about a deposit of X price which I wasn't informed I would need and more then what I made available on my credit card I was upset. I do dont usually rent cars but for the distance I was driving it was needed. One of the last times I personally rented at car was when I was under 25 and they told me because of my age we need X dollars. I could understand that with my age at the time. However at this point my age shouldn't be a factor seeing as I'm now 41. The Manager on Duty was like I'm sorry but we need the deposit or we can't give you the car. U am only trying to help. Don't tell me you are trying to help when you haven't given me a solution to how to fix what I need. I told him I would need to call someone else for their card he was like I can't do that because everything needs to be in that person's name. Then I was like can you put it on my debit card he was like yes. I was like ok great. He then was like we will need to see a copy of a bill (electric or phone) will work or a paystub! I was thinking WTH....thank god my company uses a system I can pull it up on my phone. I was having a problem with the app and he was like I will by pass it just give us to contacts. Such a time I had. Why does renting a car require such a hassle. I feel like I needed to give them a blood sample, one my organs or my first born child to get this car! It really shouldn't be this hard. For the gentlemen at this location don't tell customers your trying to help when you haven't even offered a solution or solutions to help fix the issue or at least make the situation better.
