Cons: Just terrible. Had to rent from another provider. Was traveling for a funeral and this experience did not help the situation. This company is completely unresponsive and I would never use them again. Not that I was even able to use them this time.

Cons: Took 30-40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Then we tried to downsize our car to save $ since we had less people than planned. The girl at counter, Sheena, said ALL CARS WERE THE SAME PRICE. Total lie. We were too tired to argue but feel we got RIPPED OFF!!!

Cons: Cat was fairly new but smelled smoke.

Cons: Before handing me the keys, the clerk said the car had been inspected and all was good (no damage), but I did a walkaround anyway and found the car had scrape damage on the front right bumper/panel. That shook my trust in their honesty. I would have been furious had I been blamed for damage I didn't cause. The clerk was quick to circle the location on the ticket indicating the damage was pre-existing.

Cons: I waited very long time for shuttle to pick me up (more than 25 min). My car had a big nail in rear tire. There was some garbage left in the car when I picked up the car. Lack of staff at desk office. The staff wasn't particular helpful. I was waiting for a manager for more than 20 min to have a word with him.

Cons: Pickup shuttle was not timely. I called customer service and they said every 10 min, but I had already been waiting for 20 so that wasn't true at all. The car that I got was the last one on the lot and CLEARLY someone had smoked in their before. I hate that smell, but I was left with no other option. Wish I could send Advantage my dry cleaning bill to get that smell out of my suit. Return process was miserable. The woman who checked me in clearly was not happy to be their and while I was calm and pleasant, she was having none of it. I asked to verify the email address she had on file to ensure I would get my receipt and she told me it was the same as when I checked in and walked away. It was wrong, I didn't get the invoice and had to call customer service to get the receipt, not a big deal, but how hard would it have been for her to check and update? Return shuttle ... it didn't come for us. There were people waiting in line for the shuttle who had been there for over 30 minutes. Knowing how long I waited for pickup, I decided to Uber it to the airport terminal.

Cons: Lots of extra fees not included in the quoted price

Cons: Very bad customer service at the check in desk. The guy does not want to work at all and was very upset if I ask questions about the car or about my preferences. They have to respect their customers more. I will never rent a car from Advantage.

Cons: Off site is less convenient, but worth the savings.

Cons: It took forever (about 25 min) to pick up the car. Dropping off was a bit quicker, but there was a long line with only one person working. Car had some damage, and it was only noted after I asked gat we do a walk around. Inside of the car was dirty and even had some animal hair in the back seat area.

Cons: Have always used a debit card to rent a car, was told that they just changed their policy. Have to rent a car from another company at 3 times the rate.
