Pros:The staff were all great. ORD's new system, where the airport provides shuttles to a new building where all the on-airport rental companies are located, gets rid of the "whose shuttles are best" problem. Our Hyundai Sonata only had about 2400 miles on it, and it was in pretty much perfect condition.Cons:Nit-pick: When cleaning the cars, go a little easy on the air "freshener".Reviewed Jun 17 2019

Pros:The car was clean and the return process was fast.Cons:Very bad customer service at the check in desk. The guy does not want to work at all and was very upset if I ask questions about the car or about my preferences. They have to respect their customers more.
