Pros: check in and drop off was smooth. Car was clean
Cons: They did not have the crossover/SUV that we reserved and we had to accept an intermediate sized vehicle instead. Car inventory seems low

Pros: Staff was rude, nickel and dimed me with serious hidden fees. You’re forced to do a $200 hold and told it’ll be given back, but you do not get the majority of it back for fees unexplained.

Pros: Almost no line at check-out, while the brand names had huge lines
Cons: Not really friendly service at the counter. Clerk did not speak loudly or clearly. Car was leaking oil and left a good sized oil stain in my new concrete driveway. Thanks!

Pros: The staff were all great. ORD's new system, where the airport provides shuttles to a new building where all the on-airport rental companies are located, gets rid of the "whose shuttles are best" problem. Our Hyundai Sonata only had about 2400 miles on it, and it was in pretty much perfect condition.
Cons: Nit-pick: When cleaning the cars, go a little easy on the air "freshener".

Cons: Having it known upfront you can’t rent with a ticket or use my credit card and my ladies driver license or the fact she can’t use her debit card in the same city

Pros: The car was clean and the return process was fast.
Cons: Very bad customer service at the check in desk. The guy does not want to work at all and was very upset if I ask questions about the car or about my preferences. They have to respect their customers more. I will never rent a car from Advantage.
