The engine light came on within a few minutes of driving and I had a 1300 Mile journey ahead of me. It had me concerned, but ultimately I made it with no issues. The staff I encountered were ALL top notch Price was fair for a comfortable vehicle

I feel scammed /cheated. The price that I have booked during online is totally different when I pay in on the spot. The charges is way higher than expected and it is almost double as what I have booked online. There are additional different types of tax in the payment and the taxes prices is totally different when I book online. The customer service doesn’t allow me to negotiate and he said it is a must to pay. I have no choice because I need the car in hurry. I’m asking for refund for those additional charges.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Car was dirty. Interior of front windshield was a mess. We had rain that week and windshield wipers were terrible. A previous customers sunglasses were inside of vehicle. I’m not sure the car was cleaned prior to my pickup.

Pros:

My daughter and I worked with Andrew at the BATAVIA NY office. We had a planned trip to New Hampshire and the day before we were to leave for Christmas holiday there I blew the head gasket on my jeep. Andrew was fantastic and getting us taken care of and on the road so that we could have a wonderful holiday. I would go back to this facility before I would go anywhere else. Thank you Andrew!

Car was upgraded because economy was not available. Enterprise rep was personable and kind even though I asked tough questions about their procedures. Return process on Sunday was simple and trouble-free

The vehicle I rented was very dirty. The seats were stained, the windows were all very dirty, inside and out. I had to wash the windows myself before my trip just to be able to see properly. The vehicle needed to be vacuumed. An all around filthy vehicle. You could tell it had not been cleaned in quite some time. It needs new windshield wipers and the brakes and rotors need to be replaced. I think it may also need a front end alignment as I could feel shaking in the steering wheel while driving at higher speeds. Better check the tires also, the tread is worn down pretty good. It got to and back to where I was going but probably the worst rental I have ever rented.
