Rented car on website til Saturday night.. when I checked in I was not told about how they charge til Monday no matter what and that there is no after hour drop off .. she did not extend the rental until Monday instead she told me to call Saturday to do it.. called Saturday and spoke to Angela and found out I can’t extend over The phone because I rented from kayak and I would have to come in Monday when I drop off and get the late fee waved. Just felt like this was a run around and won’t go to kayak or hertz again to rent a care.4,4 Mediocre

Car was in poor condition. Seemed old and smelled bad. Cost double for what i usually pay for rentals and got a lower quality of car. Even thought he staff was great likely wouldnt rent from there again. Would of been more cost effective to take an uber or lyft.6,0 Okay
