Despite reserving 5 days earlier, when I arrived at noon there were no cars. None. The staff could not say when they would ever have a car. It could be in 2 hours, or it might be two days. Plus, there were several people "in line" ahead of me that had also been promised cars, that would be given any arriving cars ahead of me. They did nor call me or any of the others in advance to advise of this problem. Thus by this time of the day, no rental agencies in the area had any cars. I asked some one to drive me to another Enterprise location one hour away, where I was able to rent a car. My departure was thus delayed by several hours. On top of this, Despite insisting that I should pay the same price as my previous reservation, and receiving agreement that the price would be kept the same, when I arrived to pick up my car at the new location, I was charged ($9) more.5,2 Fair

I am very unhappy with the insurance I booked on the website as I assumed I would be covered for emergency breakdown but Avis would not accept the emergency breakdown so had to pay again for that. I also already had other travel insurance so just wasted money The policy is misleading10,0 Wonderful

Hard to find. Once I found it, had to wait (more than 10 minutes for the lady to even come to the desk). They didn't have a car despite my reservation and was obviously irritated that I dared to think there should be a car for me. Horrible experience. Rented a Nissan Sentra, the car got 40+ miles to the gallon. Drove the car 2600 miles over one week to Disney in Orlando. Fantastic service, friendly staff, great car for the price.Cons:

My reservation was supposed to be transferred to Saturday due to my flight was cancelled. Saturday i was charged a second time for same rental, but double the cost. The car was filthy, there was no gas cap and i was forced to pay for the car twice!!!National
