Employees were helpful, if you book through a third party like kayak you may want to call to confirm. My flight technically arrived an hour after they closed but they had someone there. It made me feel better that I called ahead of time to verify this. They told me that the third party insurance that I bought through kayak was not valid so you might want to take this in consideration. I'm not sure that kayak saved any money other than allowing me to book online which I could not do through Enterprises website but if I did it over again I might have just booked through Enterprise themselves.. the local location and not necessarily the general customer service line.
