there was no car available for rent when we went to pick up the car, and not likely that our selected vehicle (large suv) would be returned. after an hour and a half, we took an uber to our destination and rented from another company.

Pros:

Pickup and dropoff was great

Cons:

The car looked clean but I had cleaning wipes and looks are deceiving. I used a half of container of the cleaning wipes and they was black after cleaning the car after I picked it up. The seats had some stains and brown stuff on them

The car was dirty. It had a tire that kept going flat with the lights in on the dash. It smelled like smoke.

They could have updated their system to not having any vehicles available! I secured a vehicle and then 2 hours later someone from hertz called me stating there were no vehicles in stock. And they looked around the area and nothing was available. Very frustrating and inconvenient. If I didnt answer the call while at work. I would have been driven to hertz and been left without a car.

Tonya was professional and efficient. She was working alone on reservations, line had 5 people ahead and 5 behind. Everyone walked in together almost and she was getting people in and out. Thanks Tonya

Pros:

You guys suck. I book online from you guys and when I showed up hertz told me they were out for cars. I would never recommend you guys or hertz to anyone

Actually have my car that i Reserved Next time I’ll just go to enterprise like I had to this time
