Cons:
Car wasn’t ready at pickup time. I was on a schedule so I couldn’t wait for it to be cleaned. Car was filthy and reeked of smoke. I didn’t realize smoking was even still allowed in rental cars. Pickup attendant didn’t have a professional appearance what so ever. I didn’t care for the Sears location. Next time I will pickup at the airport as I’ve never had issues there.10,0 Wonderful

The fact that I never got a car. They didn't have any. After waiting in line, they handed me a list of rules on what I needed, but couldn't produce because I was nowhere near home. As a frequent customer in my home town, I asked that my account be looked up so they know my history. They gave no assistance and I was told that since each MO location is franchised, only my home location could help me...except I'm out of town, stranded.....7,6 Good
