I had some damage to vehicle bumper and tail light that is covered on my rental insurance .. and they kept my 300 deposit and tried to take another 600 on top of it only got 480... And never made me aware of this . I communicated and supplied all documents needed . Asked if the provided info was what they needed . They replied yes that's all they needed...
