They TWICE accepted my reservation and then days later emailed me that they didn't have the vehicle and cancelled. The second email was received when I landed! They totally screwed me, frankly. And even then, they continued to represent vehicle availability online. I spoke to the staff at the airport rental counter, and they said they are constantly overbooking vehicles. Crazy they can get away with it. Travel booking (hotel, flight, rental car, etc.) need to be reliable, and that's just not apparently the case with enterprise. Really shocking business practice, really. I suggest customers avoid them at all costs.

The car was excellent in every way, very economical and comfortable. The staff at Enterprise Rental was very friendly and made things simple. I will definitely recommend Enterprise Rental to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

Pros:

Staff didn't pay attention to my reservation on KAYAK, and were clueless about the insurance coverage I purchased from KAYAK. They overcharged me, even though I gave them all the reservation number, insurance policy number and overall charges and left it in their drop box with the keys to the vehicle. I will never rent a car from that location again.

Cons:

Everything. I even called the Enterprise location after I booked the reservation on KAYAK, and they seem to have had that information on Tuesday (the 12th) but didn't have a clue by Friday (the 15th) which was the pickup date. I wasn't instructed on my follow up call on Tuesday that any paperwork or confirmations were needed. Sad state of affairs, I would think the Enterprise District Manager for that location would be on top of those types of errors.

Was really upset that the corporate office called and left me a message stating that they were going to call the police if their vehicle was not returned when I returned it on time!!! Corporate office should of probably called where I picked up and dropped off the van to see if it was returned before calling me and accusing me of not having a vehicle back!!!!!!!! THIS is the ONLY problem I had renting this vehicle

Pros:

Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

I thought I was booking at the airport, but the reservation was for an off site location. Luckily the great staff was able to move the reservation to the airport location. So it all worked out.
