The car was filthy. The front tires were bald. There was a horrible grinding sound when the car turned. The staff issuing the car was not friendly at all.

Car was not ready at pick-up. Still needed to be cleaned. Gas tank only 1/4 full Car hood was left ajar, as I started to drive I noticed it and pulled over to close it.

Pretty quick pickup/dropoff, nice car, a little high cost.Nice car, clean and in pretty good condition.Counter staff was quick and courteous but had to wait a few minutes for them to show up, both at pickup and drop off. Higher cost than rentals in neighboring town.

Pick Up: They gave me an older car that smelled like cigarette smoke. While I was the only customer, it felt like I was an inconvenience and they rushed the process. Drop Off: As a Hurricane Ida evacuee who was stranded with canceled flights, I chose to drive down. When I returned the rental early to Gulfport, it was returned with almost the exact gas level as it was given to me with. Being in the area of a major natural disaster, there were gas lines which made it cost and time prohibitive to fill up 1 more gallon. Hertz charged me for a full tank of gas at $10 per gallon— which I consider to be price gouging knowing the situation at hand. The representative was overwhelmed and barely acknowledged the drop off.

The staff helped me t sync my phone since I had never done it before and all was easy after that.I had not requested this kind of car, yet I found that I was more than pleased with every aspect of it. And since I sat in that car for three days straight, driving from east coast to west coast, that is saying quite a lot.

Car was nice, clean, and comfortable.Rate at pickup was about $70 more than rate quoted. (This was quickly fixed.) Drop-off point was a Mazda Dealership - there wasn't any signage at all. I had to ask the sales guys if I was in the right place and, even after they pointed me to the right place, the only "signage" was a COVID notice on the door and a rug on the floor INSIDE the facility. When a customer is trying to return property you by a specific deadline, this additional stress is not a good thing.

NothingWas not able to rent because if their policy for security deposit. When reservation was cancelled my card was charged for the rental fee a second time. $350 charged to my credit for a rental that never occurred

bad customer service. car was paid for with third party priceline. insurance purchased as well. come to find when we got to the airport to get the car we were denied because we were using a debit card. clearly using the debit card to pay should have been a prompt to tell us we could not use this card for the car since it was not a major credit card. I dont even understand the difference anyway. pay is pay. this caused us to be late to an event where my sister was lecturing and a dinner in her honor was delayed. this could have all been avoided if the person booking would have explained this rule

We got a car that did not have a manual with information on how to access the controls. The car honked every time we tried to use the cruise control. And it took forever to get the ad by Serius XM to go off the screen. We finally went online to find the car manual and were then able to locate and use the controls. The car worked well after that. More importantly, the people at Enterprise couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.

The car was still dirty from previous usage (trash, cigarette butts, etc.) 1st car the maintenance required light came on so we had to delay leaving for trip in order to switch to another rental.

The car was clean and ready for pick upThe car wasn't full of gas so they said if I filled it I would be credited. I had to go back because they initially didn't give me the credit.

Pick up and drop off were easy.The lady behind the counter at the Lynchburg Airport was less than helpful. She seemed bothered by my questions. She was due any day to have a baby, and it really showed in her attitude. She should not have been at work, she should have been home resting getting ready to have a child.

Horrible Customer Service.The car worked and was clean.Lynchburg rental was just as bad. Horrible customer service. Was told I could go to the employee's job for her with checking the car in or I could leave my number and e-mail address and she could get to it later but there might be a late fee. Will not rent from either location again!

Mixed bagRecommended a upgrade which I took advantage of. The Maxima was a incredible and comfortable experience for the 6 1/2 hour drive. The car exterior was washed.The interior of the car was not cleaned. Fingerprints were all over the back seat windows. Food wrappers were present in the car. The car seems to have needed maintenance as well. I was picking up some road noise from the rear axle and I also heard a bang sound when I took left turns coming from the rear as well. I did not feel the car was safe as it needed to be.
