They - Enterprise- could have not taken away the rental vehicle I HAD RESERVED and sent it to one of the airports, leaving me to scramble to find a 7 passenger mini van somewhere else. What I appreciated was that the car rental office in El Monte called me to let me know Enterprise was not going to honor my reservation several days ahead of the day I needed the mini van. I will hesitate to use Enterprise, or Kayak, in the future. I found a better deal at Budget anyway.
