No 12v power output. Small SUV. No option for choice even though I saw more than 5 different SUV's!!! Staff was very strict about the which car I can take in my category, it was the middle of the week and when I called they said that there are a few mid size SUV but when I got there they said: you're getting the Mazda CX-5 period! This car has no 12V socket for a phone charger and the BT speaker quality is awful! I don't understand why I couldn't pick another car in the same category or at least change cars once it's possible. My next review is on Yelp and google. I'll go with a more flexible company next time...10,0 Wonderful
