Pros:

They upgraded our rental free of charge! The car was exactly what we needed! We had great peace of mind on our 2,000+ mile road trip. We didn’t want to bring it back!

Cons:

It looked like there was some soda splashed around the cup holder in the bottom of the door, but it’s kinda understandable that that’d be overlooked with all the cleaning they have to do.

Put fuel in the tank and windshield washer in the reservoir, The car smelled like an ashtray, worst rental in 10 years.

Pros:

Everything was okay besides the pick up!

Cons:

The car had scratches from the get go that haven’t been pointed out by the person who handed us the car keys in the first place; who also had us waiting for 25 minutes because he “didn’t know we were coming in the morning”. The drop off was perfect and the lady helping us couldn’t have been better! If I wouldn’t have taken a video to record that the damage was there before, we would have been held liable for something we didn’t do. This, everything was excellent besides the pick up service (which could have been just the fault of the one person working and not the entire agency on site)
