Absecon Car Hire

Cons: I had a one way rental. On pickup, the car had a bunch of dings in various places, including the windshield (very small "ping", no issue driving of course_) and a crack in the odometer plastic. On dropoff at the destination, the agent went over the car and then came back asking if I saw the crack in the odometer plastic. Sure, I said. I said everything was written down. Long story, but apparently the destination agent and the pickup agent write things in different places, so I had to physically call the agent I picked up from to verify the damage, or else I was going to be charged my insurance deductible (I had some third party insurance for the rental... don't do it, get enterprise coverage, always) Real hassle, totally unnecessary with some better training on the part of enterprise, and caused an unnecessary headache and delay. In the end, it worked out ok, but had the original agent not been available, it would have been a major hassle.
