We liked that the pick-up location was easy to find and close to port. We were not happy with the service. The car was not at the port and had to wait at least 10 minutes to receive it. The car was also dirty. The inside roof had disgusting brown stains on it and when we asked at the counter to come see it, they told us to wait. As we were in a rush, we cleaned it ourselves.

Picking up the car took an hour and a half, and there was only 2 other groups ahead of us when we arrived. The process was painfully slow and the staff told me my automatic car wasn’t actually ready yet (even though by the time I was serviced it was 2 hours after I was supposed to pick it up) and that I would have to wait or they could offer me a manual car (that I can’t drive) for an hour and then make me return it and wait another 1.5 hours to get the car I booked. The whole experience was a nightmare. Would not use them again.

It would be helpful if it was more clear on the website that the person in whose name the reservation is made will automatically be assigned as the primary driver for the vehicle and this information could not be changed at the time of pick up for the vehicle. We ended up having to cancel and rebook our reservation at the time of car pick up in order to have my partner as the driver.
