Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay. Our room was awesome. The free breakfast was great with a variety of options each morning. My daughter enjoyed the pool (even during the winter season.)
Cons (-) There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Pros (+) The staff was so helpful while we were there. Alex allowed us to check in early, the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for our 2 & 3 year old. The facility was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It is located in a great area, walking distance to restaurants, ballpark, and Childrens creative museum. The breakfast was also excellent. Maria even offered whip cream for the kids waffl...

Pros (+) Across the street from the Children's Museum, walking distance to the Aquarium, close to restaurants and shops. Great views from the rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) The pool heater broke the day we arrived. My children were most excited about swimming! They allowed us to swim in their sister hotel down the street which was very nice. It could not be helped but it was disappointing not being able to use the pool in our own hotel.
