Pros (+) Overall rating: 90 out of 100. Clean sheets. Nice decor/furnishings. Comfy bed. Great downtown/central location. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) The A/C thermostat was a little confusing with the words "Save" and "Set" both being used for two different things. Tub had a small chunk out of it (1-2 inch oval shape gash) where someone must have wacked it with a hammer or something, so cosmetically it took away from the otherwise updated look of the room.

Pros (+) The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our room was cleaned every day and we were given plenty of towels. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are planning on taking advantage of all downtown has to offer. We were not traveling with children but it would be the perfect location to stay with kids. The hotel had a pool, fitness center and steps away from the aquarium, discovery center...
Cons (-) The AC unit was loud and they did not have a safe in the room.
