Pros: I stay at the The Henry each time I'm in Cebu. I like the variety of the rooms. I'm always excited to see the decor each time I check in. Size of the room compared to the price is a tremendous value. Staff is so accommodating. I forgot my phone charger (disaster!) and they were able to loan me one to charge overnight until I could purchase a new one. I am always warmly welcomed and my frequent stays are acknowledged. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing. It is a very well run establishment in a very nice and quiet location, yet conveniently placed to the airport with good transportation to shopping.

Pros: The complemenary shuttle service was very usefull as it was still a bit far too walk to the center. Even during the sinulog when it was overcrowded the staff was able to give personal attention to us at the desk, in the restaurant, at the entrance and any other place.

Pros: LOVE the gym. It's a full-blown fitness center with classes, great machines, TVs, etc. Good crowd. All complimentary with the room. A very welcome surprise after three weeks traveling through the Philippines.

Cons: The water glasses and juice glasses were too small. We have to keep standing up to get more drinks. Glasses were about 6oz size.

Cons: There were stains on our bed sheets we had to call housekeeping to change them the TV stopped working and had to call housekeeping to have it fixed the dinner buffet 70% of the hot items were cold in the hotel rooms are very dated need upgrading all in all this hotel is not a value for the money

Pros: Staff was mostly helpful/pool outside was in a nice setting. Close to the mall/shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Got charged over $250.00 for a lamp that was old and not worth $100.00. (The three hundred was discounted from $425.00) which got bumped walking by - fortunately when it broke the kids or adults weren't hurt. But to add two nights cost? Unbelievable-

Pros: Nice decor. But..
Cons: 1. Ants on the walls. 2. Shower had huge issues with hot water. 3. (Major) rooms only fit 3 people even tho you book with 4 travellers. You have to get a 4th bed. Witch they tried to charge us for it. And in the end the room is so cramped there is no space to put a bed.
