Liked the location and staff. Room was comfortable & spacious enough.
Even though the staff were excellent we thought that the obvious hotel policy of making staff put their hand on their heart when greeting you was unnecessary and put them in a subservient position. Others may like it but we did not.
Breakfast is fantastic and the location is awesome.
their payment policy is not good it's too expensive and they try to earn money from you by anyway so the value of the quality is not equal to money which is paid
Friendly, efficient check in. A welcome (soft) drink was offered.
Nothing major. Maybe more choice on breakfast buffet for those who prefer a western style breakfast but was ok though. WiFi was not always reliable.
My friend, a choreographer for a dance studio was treated like a prostitute when she asked the front desk to call my room. She was humiliated. She went home unable to call me. You may want to tell the front desk to please treat your wives and female visitors with respect.
I wrote what I didn't like above. It is the only thing that I remember from the experience at the hotel.
They let us have late check out at short notice as my partner was unwell. Couldn’t ask for anything better then that
That I didn’t book for 2 nights instead of 1
