Cons (-) The concierge teams steers you to their drivers for taxis who are charging over 300% of the going rate They charged us for things we never had, like drinking at the bar (we don't drink alcohol so it's impossible) They informed us that breakfast was included and then charged us for it and said oh, it wasn't included at the end
