Guests say
Guests consistently complain about poor cleanliness, high noise levels, and unprofessional or unfriendly service, with many citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and disruptive noise from bars or the street. However, several reviews praise the hotel's location as convenient and close to attractions, and a few guests mention friendly or helpful staff. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise control, and service quality.
