Pros (+) Location is ok, close to old Medina and walkable to Hasan mosque.
Cons (-) Room was not clean. Shower didn't work. Night club noise all night right below hotel. For this location, the Sofitel up the block is a much better choice.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean and easy to find
Cons (-) The breakfast was poor and half the items were missing (eggs, bread, coffee). I expected more staff to be fluent in English, considering this is an American hotel chain. In addition, the room had a 'fan' and not a strong air conditioner. It was +100 degrees Fahrenheit and I would have preferred a colder room. Lastly, the elevator was super small and unsafe (no door!).
