Great location. Friendly hosts. Good secure indoor parking nearby at small extra charge. Good bathroom facilities.
Staircase was very steep and hard to climb with large suitcases. Too much furniture in room - the 2 normal chairs could be removed as not required as there are 2 armchairs as well.
The location to restaurants and sights, pleasant breakfast.
The room was cluttered and the bathroom tiny. In the bathroom there was no soap, even after asking for some, the exhaust fan did not work (and there was no window) and the door handle fell off. The first page of the booklet said "Welcome.......". Straight after that was a list of "do not do ......." The bed sheets were extremely thin and the long single pillow uncomfortable.
As well as the excellent location, we enjoyed the feeling the hosts were welcoming us into their home. They were very charming and tolerated our attempts at French (they speak some English), serving us a basic but decent breakfast.
We stayed in the terrace room, amazing little room with the most incredible views! The host were lovely, very friendly.
Nothing we didn’t like we loved it!
The only thing that was misleading was the picture on the site which showed an outdoor green area with the wall of the medieval cite beyond. I can't figure out where that picture was from. The place is on an old street and is an old building which was fine but was misleading in picture.
Nice hostesses and great location to medieval cite.
