Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many noting positive experiences at reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast is frequently described as varied and of good quality, and the rooms are generally considered clean and well-maintained. Some guests also mention enjoyable amenities like the pool and sport club. However, there are recurring complaints about issues such as mold in bathrooms, ants in rooms, noise, and occasional problems with Wi-Fi and parking. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, with the service, breakfast, and cleanliness standing out as the hotel's main strengths.
