Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests highlighted the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and beautiful location close to nature or with mountain views. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews noting well-kept rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it basic or limited for a four-star hotel, while others found it satisfactory. Some negative comments focused on outdated furniture, spa maintenance issues, and a lack of amenities expected from a four-star property, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most guests.
