It’s location and the staff who tried their best to accommodate our needs.
The room we booked was supposed to have facilities for the disabled but it had no handrails in the bathroom and the shower was over the bath. As my wife has mobility issues she could not use the shower. The staff were excellent as they provided us with an adjacent room that did have a shower but again there were no grab rails.
