What did I like? We loved the value! It was fairly affordable to competitors and the quality was outstanding! Food and drink was consistently great! REALLY loved the layout of the resort. Pros (+) Large spaces, good entertainment crews, louis was very entertaining and helpful at the pool activities, awesome and healthy food, courteous staff, the Roberto buffet has a very unique menu options, prime location- walking distance to all the central area. Spectacular exterior patio.
Cons (-) The gym and pool closes too early (6pm and 8pm), gym is too small and not enough equipment, the 24 hour lounge doesn’t have ventilation and it smells bad all the time,
Pros (+) The resort and staff were awesome! They keep every inch of the resort spotless! Also, the location is great. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make your stay great.
Cons (-) This was our first resort experience so wasn’t sure what to expect. Although the overall experience was great we were a little disappointed in the food, drinks and entertainment at the resort. We found them to be mediocre but not bad enough to where we wouldn’t go back.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing. When I first walked in I felt like royalty until the time I left. Attentive,friendly and very professional. Loved the face they replenished the mini bar in the room daily and if you run out call them and they will replenish your alcohol and drinks in no time. I can't wait to visit Again!
