Large spaces, good entertainment crews, louis was very entertaining and helpful at the pool activities, awesome and healthy food, courteous staff, the Roberto buffet has a very unique menu options, prime location- walking distance to all the central area. Spectacular exterior patio.
The gym and pool closes too early (6pm and 8pm), gym is too small and not enough equipment, the 24 hour lounge doesn’t have ventilation and it smells bad all the time,
The resort and staff were awesome! They keep every inch of the resort spotless! Also, the location is great. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make your stay great.
This was our first resort experience so wasn’t sure what to expect. Although the overall experience was great we were a little disappointed in the food, drinks and entertainment at the resort. We found them to be mediocre but not bad enough to where we wouldn’t go back.
Great stay and all inclusive. Will do it again.
Everything was amazing. All inclusive is best.
Hard to find anything that was bad. Would do it again.

great hotel, staff all very friendly.hotel is kept immaculate as are the rooms.good plus is the hotel is now adults only.Evening buffet restaurant is superb so much choice and good quality, steak and lobster anyone?AB in the bar is superb like a one man whirlwind couldn't finish a drink without another one being served.
The staff was amazing. When I first walked in I felt like royalty until the time I left. Attentive, friendly and very professional. Loved the face they replenished the mini bar in the room daily and if you run out call them and they will replenish your alcohol and drinks in no time. I can't wait to visit Again!
The room had a musty odor which after the second day I got used to.
Very Good 8.5
Friendliest staff I ever encountered.
Nearly everything was absolutely amazing. Having room service and access to Riu cancun was also a huge plus.
The gym didnt have AC sometimes.
everything was very nice but....
The capitan Rigoberto from the Krystal was excellent very polite. Explain everything of the menu. Gave us seats.
When we arrived to the hotel, the people in the frontdesk couldnt find the reservation of Kayak and tell me that they never had a reservation of this company before. I had to wait for 2 hours before they could assign me a room. I made a second reservation for one more night and they made me go to the desk 3 more times. The person in charge was Daniel the second day .
Everything. From the room to the facilities. The people were so helpful and friendly!
Nothing. Everything was great!
Right next to the beach
Food was not good and they used cheap alcohol and didn't know how to make drinks correctly. On top of that service was bad and facilities are run down. Right when I checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. It was so embarrassing walking in on someone else.. my friends AC didn't work well. The gym was old. They Japanese restaurant served cheap sake from Shanghai! Who drinks sake from Shanghai and not Japan!? Would never return or recommend.
