Great staff and the travel agent Sebastian suggested to us amazing and fun tours in Cancun
Our stay was perfect, the staff, the room, food and other things amazing and so clean. I'd like to suggest only a thing: more entertainment during the night for young people.
Excellent service and the food was great
Room that was given was not the same as I booked, it did not have a sofa and small living room as listed on booking, food was not that great and for being slow season no towels in room as they ran out. Beach towels were given.
the room after upgrade, the service.
the facilities need little upgrade, gym, spa.
The food is very awesome! There is almost nothing that I don’t like and the food is pretty fresh and diverse. The unlimited bar and snacks and the room services are all expectedly good for the price of the hotel. The hotel and the room is pretty beautiful.
The towels and the bed sheets are pretty dirty. It is clear that the towels have been used for many many times. There are red traces on the sheet and it is a bit disgusting.
