Cons:Not everything is included, some things are not available when requested included similar meals. There are some staff not to friendly, others are better.

Pros:The only thing i liked aboud grand oasis was the beach view and the huge pool inside oasis.
Cons:I didnt like the poor customer service the cleanliness was poor also i was out of water in the whole facility for about 8 hours and it was very bad. Overall i wouldnt go back again to this resort

Cons:The air conditioning does not work, the service was extremely poor and slow, they try to lie to you and tell you that they don't have any other accommodations and they're coming to help you but they never do.

Pros:The food variety was decent. Not enough meat! The Bar always open was nice, the location, pool & beach are good.
Cons:The staff is slow at resolving things. Took forever to check in, there is a language barrier because not everyone speaks good English. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. No luxury here.

Pros:I left with a regretful choice on a hotel, I feel like my money was wasted
Cons:I had to wait 5 goes in line to be checked in, the ac was not working it was so hot in the hotel, they told us they over booked and has no rooms for us, then they magically found a room and it was dirty the mini fridge was empty for days

Cons:Terrible customer service. Not what I would consider an all Inclusive hotel. Could not get any bottled water, very small food portions. Could only eat in the restaurants. You could not take food with you. A lot of extra charges. Way to many young drunk kids. Bartenders really didn't want to serve you unless you were young,drunk or tipping every single time. Unless you are 18-21 and don't know any better, I would not recommend this hotel!
