Pros (+) Location is perfect if you are attending an event at the CMAC. It's right across the street. Rooms are very basic and clean.parking is included. Room had flat screen tv, small kitchenette which was nice to keep food and drinks in the fridge. Please be aware this is a dorm and not a hotel. It served its purpose.
Cons (-) Beds were firm.

Pros (+) Staff were friendly and helpful. Proximity to CMAC can't be beat.
Cons (-) It's a college dorm room at the price of a luxury suite. The furnishings are spartan to use polite terms. The beds were akin to Army cots. Since it really is a dorm, you get to fall asleep to drunken college kids demonstrating their incredible intelligence into the wee hours of the morning. Pros (+) Staff was excellent! Very clean and great location. Central to many things as well as a concert venue, which was the purpose of our stay.
Cons (-) Only thing lacking were amenities usually associated with hotels. This is a dormitory setting. No carpets, coffee makers or hair dryers! A clean bed, towels and a bathroom, that's about it!

Pros (+) It is very close to CMAC, possibly the closest place you can stay..
Cons (-) The refrigerator didn't work. The shower plumbing was apparently hooked up backwards, you had to turn the water to "cold" to get hot. Not a big deal once I figured it out. This was room 106.
