Cons (-) One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel clerk, Mr. Gregory, is also the owner, and apparently also lives in the hotel. When I checked in, he was on the phone with British social services, trying to negotiate some personal benefit for himself (not even for the hotel).
