Pros (+) The one gentleman (name started with a j, night shift) exceptionally pleasant and helpful. He alone deserved a 5 star. The first man we dealt with made us wait for a room 20+ minutes after we showed our confirmation email including our booking number and made us walk to the parking garage twice because he didn't give us clear parking directions. Pros (+) Very Clean Knowledgeable and helpful staffs. Convenient location to HWY 1, meaning if you plan to go to Banff/Lake Louise/Jasper area, this is the idea hotel to stay. Concession store and restaurant in main lobby.
Cons (-) WIFI setup is not user friendly. After WIFI registration, the login password is sent to your email account. For out of country visitors without roaming data plan it requires a trip to main lobby to login and retrieve the password. Should provide a single use password to login and retrieve the password.
Pros (+) We stayed for several nights at this hotel and the front desk didn't pick up any phone calls any time in the morning and afternoon. We have extreme difficulty reaching front desk and the service is so bad. We were trying to discuss with staff but we're told that they didn't pick up any phone calls when they are serving customers. Pros (+) good value for money. staff were courteous.
Cons (-) rooms are basically dorm rooms. bed was very uncomfortable. it got so bad that we had to checkout early and move to a different hotel.
Pros (+) The hotel is clean and very quiet. If you want to be close to the university this is a great location.
Cons (-) You have to park your car in university's parking and the hotel charges you $10 per night. There are no slippers in the room and when we asked they said this is the first time they had heard such a request.

Cons (-) FYI - 2 bedroom apartment is actually a 2 bedroom dormitory apartment with beds and furnishings consistent with a student dorm. This was not a surprise and was more than adequate for my purposes.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel Is in a good location for sporting events. The kitchen was fantastic, if you brought your own dishes and cutlery.
Cons (-) The hotel does not provide enough basic items such as towels. The price was high for the quality of the room and beds.
