Cons (-) The hot tub was drained, pool wasn’t working... they wouldn’t give us a refund or a discount. Had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to finally get transferred to the Hampton. The Hampton was really nice. I won’t bd coming back unless I get a free voucher or something

Pros (+) Morning staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and back on the road. Clean and fresh design great breakfast.
Cons (-) Like every hotel heavy doors close loudly so could hear a lot coming from hallways as we tend to retire earlier than most.
