Pros: Great place for family with kids. They have kids club with supervisors allowing parents to relax.

Cons: The room didn’t have ac and the ceiling fan eas noisy. It wasn’t so hot but I can see that being an issue when it is very hot

Pros: We had a family room, it was really spacious and comfortable. The toilets were clean and all the main areas in the pousada were very clean too. The massage service offered by the pool is also great, we highly recommend it. The pool isn't massive but it was perfect.

Cons: The jacuzzi was not clean, but I am sure if I had asked for it to be cleaned they would have done it promptly. The breakfast didn't have any vegan options, it would be great if they could think of ways to accommodate some vegan pastries and options, not just fruits.

Pros: We loved everything about this property , it’s in a great location the rooms are great and it’s the perfect purified hotel . We loved everything about our stay the staff were fantastic the rooms was spotless , the place has such a great feel and we would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to buzios and we would certainly be staying here again if we return .

Pros: I loved that we received a welcome drink. I loved the bread artisanal. In fact, the food and drinks were all very good. The design of the hotel is modern and chic. The pool is nice and quiet for couples.

Cons: Whenever we took our car out of the property at night we had to wait a ong time for someone to open the gate for us. There were A LOT of mosquitos on the property and in our room. The pool surface was a little dirty with plant debris.

Pros: The staff are so nice really nice! And it’s so peaceful and serene . The beach is around the corner. There is a little beach you must go to! A short walk around the mountain( easy walk just ask someone) . The whole place since it was off season , was great local feel . Muito bom

Cons: They put coffee and pastries out in the late afternoon( for a fee ) I think it should have been included.

Pros: Easy walk to the beach. Lovely breakfast and evening meal buffet. Relaxing few days. Perfect apart from one thing.

Cons: The place does not cater for lactose intolerance even though I asked them to well in advance of my stay.

Pros: Kids friendly, good staff, close to a nice beach, beach structure for guests, nice garden, reasonably good swimming pool. The hotel is nice but the structure lacks some conservation. Good breakfast.

Cons: We had to change room due to air-conditioning failure. It happens, fine. But the second room had a flooding bathroom every time we showered. The beds are not so nice, TV channels variety is very poor. Food is average and expensive. Lacking maintenance. Door handles of the bathroom of the com area, swimming pool deck with an exposed nail. Paint peeling in the bathroom wall. Old and stained towels. A bit more attention on the details would have made a good difference.

Pros: The hotel is well located and the overall quality of the infrastructure is very good. The breakfast buffet is quite nice with assorted options of both healthy food and also some pastries. The beach service is good with nicely located booth in Geribá beach with complimentary umbrellas and chairs for guests. There is also the option of purchasing beer and soft drinks and charge them to the room, another nice amenity. The massage therapist does a great job and I would definitely recommend the service.

Cons: The restaurant has few options and unfortunately the food we tried in the only dinner we had there was not good at all. The room (loft) is really good and spacious but the space could definitely be better managed. Outdoor Jacuzzi (a great idea!) is really small - impossible for 2 people - and bathroom/shower space could be larger for the room size. Second floor has virtually no use. The "romantic package" could be better managed by the hotel staff overall, basically by not throwing service like it was standard and adding value to it. The overall experience was great but I really expected a lot more - specially from a service perspective - from a Boutique Hotel that pricy.

Cons: The hotel id old, the room was dirty, the hotel os far from everything.

Pros: A nice quiet place with beautiful garden, warm pool and day-beds to lay in the sun. The beach is in a 3 minute walk with free chairs, umbrella’s and towels. You can get transfers to downtown during the evening. Housekeeping is very helpful.

Cons: The bed was harsh for us; small, short and hard.

Pros: Highly recommend The staff - in particular the two people in charge of reception - are very friendly and helpful. The hitel itself is very pleasant and the rooms where very spacious and well furnished

Cons: Poor internet and cable tv connection and it woulbe nice to have a couple of chairs and a small table in the room or balcony.

Pros: Very friendly hosts, cosy and home-like atmosphere. Good breakfast, cleaning everyday. In the last day, after we checked-out, they even offered to let us shower before leaving (came from the beach).

Cons: Close to the beach, but if the buzz of the city center is your thing - this is quite far.

Cons: TV was not working. Left the hotel and TV did not work. No discount was provided and they still charged me breakfast! They said. "Breakfast is not included" From my point of view TV was included and did not work.

Pros: Quiet location, hot water for showers, spacious room

Cons: They didn’t have filtered water for visitors, only bottled water in their minibar - I hate using bottled water due to it’s impact on the environment and this is the only accommodation I’ve stayed at in Brazil that didn’t offer it. We were woken both mornings by what sounded like a loud scraping.
