Self contained nice sized rooms, good parking, free wifi
The food in the hotel was very good and the atmosphere is also nice.
The staff were helpful. The location was very convenient.
Welcoming and friendly receptionist. Excellent room service. Superb food.
I enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant, the reception staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable if a little dated. The in room wireless internet was useful.
There is no covered way between the garden rooms and the main hotel / dining room. So you may get wet going for breakfast. I would have expected that the in room entertainment would be more than 4 analogue TV channels with poor reception.
Staff and service
Bathroom floor not clean (couldn't walk in bare feet); room got cold in the night; pathways to garden rooms uneven and dangerous, poorly lit
2 members of our party have stayed in Best westerns recently (in past 2 years) and have been really disappointed in them so this one was a real delight in pleasant surroundings and the staff could not have been more helpful
Car parking was a bit difficult as a result of the wedding guests
Near town centre, restaurants, shops etc. Friendliness. Attentive to needs. Lovely gardens in a nice setting. Cleanliness. Near interesting villages, towns, etc.
Lack of privacy in room - could do with blinds on windows on ground floor.
Very relaxing, georgous gardens and well located.
the breakfast lol
Clean and comfortable -- temperature was a little too high
