Pros (+) I very disappointed with the customer service leading up to my stay.
Cons (-) I was told to cancel my reservation through hotels.com and make a reservation with the Portofino Inn directly, because I accidentally booked the wrong room, and was told I would receive a refund on the previously cancelled room. That did not happen and nothing was resolved!

Cons (-) the sheets and pillows smelled like they sprayed a cleaning spray on them and left them wet. mildew-ish
