Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location as convenient and accessible. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as lack of staff presence, unresponsiveness, and poor problem resolution. Cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, pests, and general lack of maintenance. Many guests also complained about inadequate amenities and small room sizes, further contributing to their negative experiences. Overall, positive feedback was limited almost exclusively to the hotel's location.
