Service in West Palm was friendly, but slow. Not enough staff to handle customers. Car was not clean, had paint chips and scratches and during trip passenger side mirror stopped working. Dropped off car in different location. Agent disinterested and overcharged for gasoline. On line help associate was very helpful.Reviewed Mar 19 2024

Budget didn't have the car we reserved and forced us to take a minivan. Upon return, there was no one to process our drop off so we left the car. When someone finally checked it in, it was 13 minutes late and they charged us an extra day! Now I can't find anyone to try to get this sorted out! VERY disappointing.Reviewed Mar 14 2024

Worst experience ever, no one available to help or give a receipt at turn in. hundreds of cars all over the parking lot. total chaos. the local office does not answer their phone. the 800 phone is manned by total untrained individuals. Stay far away from Avis, Budget, Payless. Systems are in total disarray. Still trying to get answers.Reviewed Feb 29 2024

It was a complete disaster picking up the car. Long lines, no one working. The first car they gave me was not in the spot they told me it would be. I had to go back, they gave me another car, when I opened the door there was a woman in it. We both had the same car. I went back to the desk again (mind you, there were a ton of people in line and a ton of people with issues. I finally (after a long wait) got a car on the third attempt. NEVER AGAIN. First - Unable to find the keys of the car in the parking lot. I had to run back in the office and they told me to look all over the inside of the car. We found them underneath the passenger seat. Second - when I started up the car, we noticed that the front tire was flat. I had to run back into the office and tell them. Third - after 25 minutes, they provided me with another car that they said "was the only one they had available to provide me" It was a Ford Mustang - 2 door race car that I didn't want but needed to get a car and get on my way.
