I picked up the car at a local store which was excellent, but the experience returning at the airport was terrible. The manager was very helpful and patient. He explained and helped during both pick up and drop off while assisting other cusomers too. Very much appreciate it! We wanted a toyota rav but he recommended a newer nissan and we were really happy with how well it served through the tough roads of new mexico and grand canyon parks in arizona..
