Cons: I prepaid and tried to change my reservation and was told by Budget that I could not. They overcharged me a lot for days I didn't use. Awful experience AND AN EXPENSIVE RIP OFF.

Convenient and Friendly
Pros: The rental desk is just a few steps from the disembarking gate and luggage pick-up. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The vehicle was in brand new condition, and the return was lighting fast.

Cons: see said they only hold reservations for two hours. ? i dont see any 2 hour notes in my reservation, i was driving in from NY, road construction on the riad tooo Pelston, "she would see what she could di"". She did have a car, she did not explain anything on the forms
