Excellent service. Friendly and efficient personnel.
Pros: I was worried about having to stand in a line to get the car which would make my 'day trip' impossible. The car was waiting for me and the girl at the counter couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely use Budget again!

Pros: Budget staff was very nice and helpful. Car was clean, drove well and had no mechanical issues.
Cons: The plastic headlight lenses had numerous cracks and were cloudy/glazed over so as to affect the brightness of the headlights. They were old and needed to be replaced.

Pros: Pick up and drop off was quick
Cons: The car had 68,000 miles. The condition of the car reflected the mileage. I was told that I would receive a Chrysler 200 or similar. Instead I got a very beat up Toyota Corolla

Try to rent from somewhere else
Pros: The car was in good working order and we made it to all of our destinations and back in one piece.
Cons: Even though it was a work rental I had to put it on my personal credit card because Budget doesn't understand how Debit Cards work. They did let me switch cards at the end of the rental - but the hold on my credit card is still sitting there TWO weeks later. The car that I received (Ford Fusion) was not comparable to the vehicle that I had selected online (Dodge Charger). It was much smaller in the interior and made for not as pleasant of a ride. When I pointed this out at the counter the Budget employee did not care, made no attempts to resolve the situation and was just trying to rush me through to get me out of the door. I returned the car a day early and got NO money off of my rental. They charged me like I had kept it the full time. If you have to rent a car I would suggest looking somewhere else.
