Cons:Somehow, you had me picking up the car from a remote location rather than the airport (which I had stipulated). This resulted in a much higher cost because of last-minute availability at the airport site. l will not use the site again.Reviewed Aug 30 2016

Pros:The staff was friendly.Cons:The location was tough to get in and out of, the car was dinged and dented and had nearly 40k miles on it. The price charged for my vehicle was much higher than it should have been for an older and extremely basic model. The drivers seat was impossible to adjust to be comfortable for my 6ft tall frame. Old and basic. Not what I ordered. I had resereved a start of the damage wasn't noted, but since I bought insurance from another provider so I didn't worry too much. When I returned the dings and dents that they weren't concerned about before we're suddenly a problem. They requested that I sign a damage report so they could charge the insurance for the damage. Not exactly the most ethical behavior. I will not be renting from Budget again .Reviewed Jul 16 2016
