Gave me an EV to travel in the mountains. Representative told me it would be no issue as there was a charging cable in the car to charge it where we were staying. She offered to downgrade a car but pay extra, because she said there was a cord to charge it we decided to give it a try. Turned out there was no charging cable or adapter and was unable to use the car in fear of having no battery to get back to the airport and did not want to spend half a day driving back to swap it out or find and sit at a charger.Reviewed Mar 26 2024

Pick- up and drop-off are in the terminal. The person on duty was very efficient and wait time was nominal. The car could have been cleaner. Inside of the windows hasn't been cleaned, ever? Very cloudy. Right front tire need air and the message that it was time for an oil change greeted me daily. The car was a hybrid Pacifica and drove very well, with gas mileage approaching 40 mpg! Vehicle was dirty inside and outside when I picked it up. I received a text message three days after I turned the vehicle in stating that my vehicle had not been returned and it was over due. I handed the keys to one of the employees when I returned on the due date.Reviewed Jan 30 2024

I waited for over an hour in line to receive the rental car. There were approximately 15 people in front of me in line and o my one person working at the counter. It was so slow. Mini vans and sports cars (for an up charge) were all that was available for the majority of the line. I was able to receive a Dodge Charger - so huge! The woman who waited on me was nice it was such a long wait for the number of people.Reviewed Nov 10 2023

The staff (Denise) at pick up was very nice. The car itself smelled horrible like packs and packs of cigarettes were smoked inside. We had to keep windows open even on highway. Not sure will use them againReviewed Oct 25 2022

I had a reservation for noon pickup. I waited for over an hour for a car to become available. This was very frustrating as it greatly impacted my travel plans. Staff were unapologetic. This was not a great experience.Reviewed Sep 26 2022
