Dropping off at airport late, but had to search out the counter within the terminal... Had to search someone out to find that information when it could have been posted. Just 20 minutes of walking back and forth walking around, other than that the drop off went well. Pick up was smooth. Agent was helpful and courteous.Reviewed Dec 3 2023

The Budget dealer was great. It is kayak that I'm rating poor. I ordered my car through kayak. When I arrived, the dealer didn't have any cars for the price kayak had quoted me. He said this happens all the time when cars are ordered through a third party. End result is I didn't get my car on the day kayak said I would. I picked it up the next day after ordering it directly through Budget.Reviewed Sep 27 2023

The driver side mirror motor was not fully functioning. There were also 2 spots of adhesive on the dashboard. Otherwise, loved the car (white Charger)!Reviewed Oct 11 2022

I had a confirmed reservation, took an Uber to the budget office only to be told they don’t have any cars. The representative refused to provide a number to call budget, was extremely rude, and ultimately kicked me out of the store. Took another Uber To the airport budget office only to be told the same thing, no cars. Waited at the airport for 3 hours to finally get a car that was returned and was charged 3 times the rate of my original reservation. Never again!Reviewed Sep 10 2022

Pros:getting the car online was easy. I also had to modify my reservation and was able to easily do so with one phone call which was great. Drop off was also quick and easy.Cons:Pick up was a little rough. There was only 1 person working the counter and there were numerous people waiting to get cars. I was "third" in line but still had a 25 minute wait.Reviewed Jan 8 2021
