They didn’t have a rental and canceled the reservation. I purchased the ins ahead of time and never recieved my refund. Horrible experience all the way around.Reviewed Aug 14 2026

All good! They had the best price. I looked for a subsequent rental, and weirdly they had one of the highest prices the next time.Reviewed Jun 30 2026

They refused to honor the contract you drew up. Literally said their computer was incapable of honoring it. Jacked the price up hundreds of dollars. I told them I would have to complain to the Better Business Bureau and they said okay. It's apparently a technical issue. AND they did the same thing to the 2 customers in front of me. By hundreds of dollars. More to come via the BBB.Reviewed Jun 23 2026

The mirrors and side windows were dirty that I could not see out of them well. Also alot of gravel on the driver's side floor carpet.Reviewed Jan 27 2026

Poor first experience renting a vehicle from Budget. The gentleman whom checked me in was very bland and unhelpful. He gave me a much larger vehicle that was terrible to maneuver around Colorado Springs. He acted liked he was doing me a God-given favor. Would not recommend this company to anyone.Reviewed Apr 22 2025

Budget check-in was kinda grumpy. And worst part was the gas funnel was defective, it took 20 minutes to pump gas cause it was getting stuck in filler. My hand and arm had to work hard to pump the gas each time. And the car was only filled 3/4 of a tank!Reviewed Sept 15 2024

I might have misunderstood the kayak website but when I choose “offsite airport” I thought it was a situation where the rental lot was away from the airport and there would be a shuttle. When I checked in at the Budget counter they said my reservation was at a completely different location and there was no shuttle. My rate went up around $70. My mom is in a wheelchair so I had to get the car at the airport. It was frustrating but I’ll know in the future. ThanksReviewed Aug 29 2024
